Sarah M. Agee, Founder and CEO, Sterling Search, Inc. has been a professional in the executive search/staffing industry for more than 25 years. Her early career was spent in the UK managing two employment agencies. Sarah’s path led her to the US and eventually to Korn Ferry International - Futurestep, where Sarah worked in their nonprofit, education, and healthcare practice.

In 2002, Sarah formed Sterling Search, Inc., a boutique executive search firm specializing in the nonprofit, higher education and healthcare sectors, located in Orange County, Southern California. She is most proud of the role that Sterling Search has played, over the years, in the success of their nonprofit leadership hires, that are making sustainable impact in their local and national communities.

Sarah serves on the Executive Committee and is the Co-Chair of the Knowledge and Thought Leadership Committee for the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants. She was previously the Chairman of the British American Business Council-Orange County and served for several years on the Selection Committee for National Philanthropy Day for the Association of Fundraising Professionals in Orange County. She supports her local nonprofit community with multiple fundraising activities.

Raised and educated in England, at Ribston Hall Grammar School for Girls, she received the National Certificate of the Business Education Council at GLOSCAT, University of Gloucestershire. Sarah currently lives with her family in Newport Beach, CA.
