Nicole Seipel, Director of Executive Search at Sterling Search, Inc. has 25 years of non-profit management experience in the arts, healthcare, and social causes. Nicole brings an in-depth understanding of staff and board development, major gifts, strategic planning and implementation, capital campaigns, endowments, and overall fiscal responsibility to our clients.

Prior to joining Sterling Search, Inc. Nicole served as the Vice President of Development for Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles where she was responsible for the overall development function. Previously, at the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Nicole managed leadership gifts and was part of the team that helped build Walt Disney Concert Hall. She has also worked for the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and Muscular Dystrophy Association in both Northern and Southern California.

Nicole understands the challenges of 21st century philanthropy as well as its opportunities. She brings her experience from working in various sized nonprofit organizations to address the current issues affecting organizational development and the donor experience. Nicole’s expertise is helping organizations strengthen their infrastructure to achieve immediate and long-term goals. She is honored to continue making a difference through her work at Sterling Search, Inc.

Nicole lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and son. Being a mother has given her a deeper understanding of the importance of giving back and teaching the next generation the responsibility to do the same.
