Andrea brings more than 25 years of senior-level experience in fundraising and donor/alumni engagement to her work with Sterling Search, Inc. While in higher education, Sterling Search, Inc. successfully completed several of Andrea’s searches, placing the highest performing talent. Andrea can attest to the firm’s knowledge of the nonprofit sector and its ability to scout and secure talent for a wide variety of positions.
At California State University, Long Beach, Andrea was responsible for the overall management of a multi-faceted development operation, an alumni affairs department that served more than 300,000 graduates, and a public affairs and marketing division that handled a wide range of advocacy, media, and communications projects. Under Taylor’s leadership, the university successfully completed its first major fundraising campaign that exceeded its original goal of $225 million. Andrea is a member of the CSULB Alumni Association, the President’s Associates, and Women and Philanthropy.
Andrea enjoys travel, her daily workout, reading, and movies. Family members include her son, Josh, who lives in San Francisco and her husband, Dan.
